• Fixture Design and Manufacture (in-house) – including hydraulic and pneumatic clamping which improves process control, we design and manufacture specialty machines to reduce cost and improve processes

• Prototypes – complete toolroom including rapid prototype capability, four vertical Mazak machining centers with 4th axis, Mazak Quick Turn lathes
• Cellular Manufacturing – increased velocity, reduced scrap and material handling
• Cad/Cam Software – Mastercam X2 Mill level 3 with full simultaneous 5-axis programming capabilities, Camlink Griffo Bros. for off-line programming of Mazatrol conversational programs, MazaCam V3.5 Lathe 2-axis and Mill 2 ½ axis, CoCreate OneSpace Designer Modeling with Model Manager PDM, Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0, AutoCAD 2008
• Powder Coating – 30”x 48” opening with six stage pretreatment

Plants:
• Viola Plant – four loading docks with easy access, 21 miles west of Richland Center on Highway 56
• La Crosse Plant – eight loading docks with easy access, 2 ½ miles from Interstate 90

Equipment:
3, 4, & 5 axis Vertical Machining Centers, 4 axis Horizontal Machining Centers, Twin spindle lathes with live tooling, honing, welding, CNC grinding, single point seat cutting, broaching, powder coating, and assembly

Powder Coating:
S&S Manufacturing Services offer a solution to your needs with our 10,000 sq. ft. powder coating shop. We are capable of handling parts or components up to 60” long through a 30”x 48” opening.
